The CSR40 is Single reel heavy duties take up with electric lift and telescopic reel width adjustment. The cone Pintle design allows you to run different reel bore sizes without changing the bore adapters.
The DCDR48 is a Dual reel heavy duty Semi-Automatic Take up with electric pneumatic lift and motorized open and close. The Pintle design allows you to run different reel bore sizes by changing the bore adapters
The MCTU30 is a metering Capstan-Take Up combo design for applications such as Taping lines and Stripers. It synchronizes line speed utilizing laser barrel diameter calculation and line speed encoder.
Davis Standard DR30 with touch screen and very smart system Version 22 even smarter than previous versions, We provide it with the default horizontal Dancer or a vertical Dancer Model D640. This version includes traverse auto location prior to transfer combined with preset tracking to minimize overrun
The CALW20 is a Cat Arm Level Winder built out stainless steel and anodized aluminum for medical processing products. PLC/HMI control with servo motors and drives for precision control with touch-less laser counting system.
This Winder is useful for extrusion lines ruing speeds 700 FPM or less. Motorized traverse with all set points set from HMI including Tension as well as many other features.
This is our new addition to our products and services. In case you can’t recognize it, this is a Traverse to a Davis Electric DR30. Features such as single motor close loop vector drive package for transport, Remote traverse setpoints for operator safety, Traverse speed and step mode for level wining and much more. This upgrade will save you a lot of money since this is the downfall of these machines, unless you want to rebuild the entire machine just by upgrading the traverse you will have a great running Take up again.
